If you are within 7 days of signup and have completed 5 or fewer sessions, a Request Refund button will appear in your Settings. Refunds are processed automatically within 5–7 business days.

No. Your resume, job descriptions, and interview session content are processed in real time and discarded immediately when your session ends. We never store sensitive document content.

We store your email, plan status, session counts, and readiness scores. We do not store resume content, interview transcripts (beyond your plan's history period), or job descriptions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
