1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Kyora Sentinel (“the Platform”), operated by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC doing business as Kyora IQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.

2. AI Disclaimer

Kyora Sentinel uses artificial intelligence to generate career coaching, interview practice, resume analysis, and related content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• AI responses do not constitute professional career, legal, financial, or employment advice
• You should independently verify any information before acting on it
• Kyora Sentinel makes no representations about the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs
• Using this Platform does not guarantee job placement, salary increases, interview success, or any specific employment outcome
• AI models may reflect biases present in their training data

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security feature or usage limit
• Submit malicious content, prompt injection attacks, or attempts to manipulate AI responses
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Platform to harass, discriminate against, or harm any individual
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform's content or functionality
• Use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age

4. Subscription and Billing

Kyora Sentinel offers Free, Standard, Pro, and BYOK subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Plan switching:

If you subscribe to a new plan mid-billing cycle, the new plan activates immediately and you will be charged for it right away. Your existing plan remains active until the end of its current billing period. You may be charged for both plans during the overlap period.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Key):

BYOK subscribers provide their own OpenAI API key. By doing so, you agree that AI usage costs are billed directly to your OpenAI account. Kyora Sentinel is not responsible for OpenAI API charges incurred through your key.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee subject to the following conditions:

• Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your initial subscription date
• You must have completed 5 or fewer sessions
• Only one refund per customer per lifetime
• Refunds are processed automatically via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days

Refund requests that do not meet these criteria will not be approved. To request a refund, use the Request Refund button in your dashboard or settings while eligible.

6. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan includes defined usage limits for AI sessions, resume analyses, and other features. When you reach your monthly limit, access to that feature will be suspended until your billing cycle resets. We reserve the right to enforce these limits without notice to prevent abuse or excessive costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by Cyber Boss Consulting LLC or its licensors. Kyora IQ is a registered trademark. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

AI-generated content produced during your sessions is provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or use AI outputs to create competing products.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Boss Consulting LLC and Kyora IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost employment opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Cyber Boss Consulting LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except where prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
